Connor Sherry gave United an early lead, only for John Boother to level within six minutes on the half hour mark.

Sherry restored the lead with an unstoppable shot from 12 yards before Boother equalised again with 20 minutes remaining. However, late goals from Mark Magee and Craig Colston secured victory and the trophy for the third division outfit.
