PERSHORE Town have confirmed the resignation of both their chairman and vice-chairman ahead of the club’s AGM.

Plums chairman Rob Bille and vice-chairman Justin Challenger informed the club of their intentions to stand down prior to the conclusion of the 2023/24 season.

Bille and Challenger took on their roles following the resignation of former chairman Mark Thomson in October 2022.

Under Bille and Challenger’s guidance, Pershore won the Hellenic League Division One title in 2022/23 before achieving a club-record high 11th place finish at Step Five last term.

Pershore Town trustee, Steve Bradstock, has stepped in as interim chairperson following Bille and Challenger’s resignations.

The club’s AGM will take place on Friday, June 28 at 7pm at Pershore’s Community Stadium home.
