EVESHAM RFC have been voted RFU Worcestershire and Herefordshire club of the year after a hugely successful 2016/17 campaign.
The Vale side finished runners-up in Midlands Three West (South) to runaway champions Droitwich and both sides will start the new season in Midlands Two West (South).
Evesham also came within one game of reaching Twickenham in the RFU Senior Vase, being beaten in the national semi-finals stage by Droitwich, who were then defeated at HQ.
Evesham begin their 2017/18 league campaign at home to Malvern on September 9.
Droitwich were named North Midlands Club of the Year, Camp Hill were voted Greater Birmingham’s Club of the Year and Ludlow took the prize for Shropshire’s Club of the Year.
