EVESHAM United will get a test of their revitalised form on Saturday when they tackle second-placed AFC Totton at the Jubilee Stadium.
The Robins continued to push away from the lower reaches of the Southern League Division One South after recording back-to-back wins for the first time this season with a 1-0 victory at Bideford.
Callum Ebanks was the Evesham match-winner, netting his fourth goal in five matches.
Bideford has plenty of possession and Isaac Parry was forced into action with several vital saves.
He kept out Lewis Wilson’s free-kick and deny Jack Calver before keeping out a Calver free-kick and Wilson follow-up.
At the other end Ebanks miscued when well-placed for Evesham and Jordan Lymm curled just over but the deciding moment came on 76 minutes.
Brandon Smalley hooked the ball forward for Ebanks to run on to and the Cheltenham Town loanee took a touch and finished emphatically past Adam Seedhouse Evans.
