Witness appeal launched after motorbike was stolen and set on fire

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a motorbike was stolen and was then found on fire in Evesham.

The Yamaha motorbike was taken from outside a property on Burford Road between 5pm and 10.30pm yesterday.

It was later found set on fire in Laxton Road.

Officers from West Mercia Police are now keen to speak anyone who was in the area, who witnessed either incident or who saw anyone acting suspicious at the time.




Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 927S of Sunday, June 25.
