DOGS Trust Evesham will be getting into the spirit of Halloween by holding a special Howl-o-ween event for children during half term.

The ghoulish goings-on will take place at the rehoming centre in Wickhamford, Evesham on Friday October 26 and Wednesday, October 31 at 10.30am to midday and 1.30pm to 3pm. It is free to attend but booking is essential.

The event will include a spooky scavenger hunt, scary surprise boxes, grim games and creepy crafts for children of all ages including make your own doggy ‘poop’. There will also be refreshments.

Charlotte Paddock, Education Officer at Dogs Trust Evesham said: “Keeping the children entertained during the half term can sometimes be a challenge. Our howl-o-ween kids party is great fun for the whole family whilst getting into the spirit of halloween!

“We have some great activities planned that the kids will love, and you’ll also have the chance to look around our rehoming centre and see some of our four-legged residents who are looking for a home.”
