KIND-hearted staff at an Evesham bank have raised hundreds of pounds for a town charity after a year of fundraising.
The team at TSB on Bridge Street drafted in Mid-Worcestershire MP, Nigel Huddleston, last Friday to hand over the cheque worth £500 to Evesham Riverside Shopmobility.
Over the past year the generous staff have hosted a number of events and activities to raise money for the charity.
Each year the bank chooses a local charity to support and on Friday it was revealed staff at TSB will be supporting Caring Hands in the Vale for the next 12 months.
They have already kicked off their fundraising drive for the town’s foodbank as they held a ‘hike it, bike it and bake it’ day to raise £44.
Staff at the Evesham TSB branch will also be volunteering at Caring Hands in the Vale as part of their year of support for the charity.
