Here's when the gritters will be out on Evesham and Pershore's roads as snow flurries possible

EVESHAM and Pershore’s roads will be gritted from 6.30pm this evening with light, isolated snow flurries possible.

The cold snap will see road temperatures fall to below minus overnight while light snow flurries ‘cannot be completely ruled out’.

Drivers and pedestrians have been urged to take care on roads and pavements with icy stretches and a hoar frost possible.

Wintry showers are possible by morning say forecasters – though mainly across Staffordshire and the Peak District

Tomorrow (Tuesday) will see few wintry showers possible. Otherwise another dry and mostly sunny day. Feeling a little less cold but breezy at times with a maximum temperature of four Celsius.

Will it snow on Wednesday?

Wintry flurries overnight will leave icy surfaces on Wednesday morning. Otherwise, often dry and sunny to end the week with scattered snow flurries on Thursday.

Staying cold with widespread overnight frosts.
