HARD-work paid off for creative students at the De Montfort School after their float was crowned ‘Best Dressed’ at this year’s Evesham Carnival.
The Four Pools Road school scooped first prize for their 1980s themed float which wowed the crowds as it passed through the streets of Evesham.
Students dressed up for the occasion by donning clothes from a bygone era. They also added to the carnival festivities by playing the steel drums.
