A LEADING Vale cycling group has invited bike lovers to saddle up and take part in Evesham’s first ever Virtual Cyclefest
The event has been scrapped for 2020 because of the ongoing Coronavirus restrictions but cycling chiefs have vowed not to be deterred by the virus.
Cycle Evesham Vale chiefs have taken the wraps of an online-based event with all the details available virtually.
Route options to suit all riders which showcase the best cycling the Vale of Evesham has to offer have been devised.
Cyclists can tackle one or more of the routes from the 18 mile leisure ride to the 38 mile frolic. A 63 mile romp is on offer as is the pedal-tastic 103 mile escapade route.
Between now and the end of September, cyclists can ride one or more of the routes and in return they’ll receive an Evesham Virtual Cyclefest 2020 Medal.
All proceeds will help support Midlands Air Ambulance Charity and Evesham and District Mental Health Support Services.
