MONDAY’S crash has prompted calls from people for the A44 junction where the incident happened to be looked at by highways chiefs.
One person on our Evesham Observer Facebook page said: “That junction is just awful visibility coming out onto the A44 is really poor and definitely needs something done to avoid this happening again, so very sad for all involved.”
Another added: “The buckle street junction is a horrible one to exit on to the A44.
“Something should be done about that junction as too many accidents happen there.”
A Worcestershire County Council spokesperson said “A full investigation will be carried out after the fatality on the A44.
“This is standard procedure and we will work with the police on this investigation.”
