Hi: 17° Lo:7° 7 day

Have you tried and tested many different methods to loose fat, but nothing appears to work? Follow these simple rules to help combat those target areas and keep the fat off forever!
The instructors of the group exercise classes at British Military Fitness are experts in their field who are dedicated to improving the health and fitness of members. Losing weight (especially fat) is often a common issue they are faced with so they have put together these rules to help you achieve your weight goals.
It is important to note that these rules are not a quick fix option for immediate results; they require a lifestyle change in order to be enjoyed to their fullest potential. You will need to be focused; however this does not mean you need to be strict with yourself every day, you are allowed certain days off where you can have your ‘treats’. However, eating well is an extremely important part of a healthy lifestyle alongside fitness courses and ensuring you have enough sleep.
Before you embark upon the rules, the best tactic you should undertake is to eat clean for 10-14 days; eating clean basically means eating well and cutting out any rubbish which may clog you up. If you do this then you are more likely to see results from following the rules.
Moreover, you will need to change your eating pattern. The traditional three meals a day needs to be thrown out the window; instead you should eat five or six smaller meals throughout the day. This is due to your metabolism; after eating it quickens up, working to break down your food. However, if you have large gaps between eating then you are allowing the pace to slow down again. Eating smaller portions more regularly means you are keeping your metabolism going at a more constant rate, as well as being less hungry and desiring less food next time you eat. Both of these tactics will help to burn more fat.
This is a common trap that dieters fall into, they may see some instant results but these will not be long-term as it is often a loss of water rather than fat. This tactic will not help speed up your metabolism either, in fact it will do the opposite.
You may be wondering what on earth nature-made carbohydrates are; these are food groups like fruits, vegetables, potatoes and wholegrain products. They are particularly good at helping you feel full due to the level of fibre they contain, as well as decreasing the fat storing effect that man-made carbs often cause (man-made carbohydrates are foods like cakes, biscuits and white bread).
Your main energy source is carbohydrates and your body will use this first; after the supply has wavered your body will move on to fat to use as fuel. What you do not want your body doing is using your muscle as a fuel supply and this is why protein is so important. The body will use any available protein before it starts dipping into your muscle tissue.
Eating fat is part of a healthy diet; so it may seem strange to eat it when you are trying to lose it! However, do not make the mistake of cutting it out completely! Instead try to eat fats which are healthy like olive oil or fish oil for example.
These rules are only part of a healthy lifestyle, so whilst you are following them ensure you get enough sleep. The recommended amount of sleep is at least eight hours a night.
You must also incorporate exercise within your daily routine, and none is more effective than the outdoor bootcamp run by BMF. Classes are full of variety to help challenge participants, so they can see the results they desire. So, why not give one of their group exercise classes a try today!
