This adventure film is based on Jules Verne’s novel. Brendan Fraser is a science professor whose unconventional hypotheses have made him a laughing stock. Using the manuscript, they embark on the same thrilling journey, discovering a fantastic and dangerous lost world.
 
This coming of age story is a very British take on American high school movies like Clueless and Mean Girls. Based on the first two books of the hugely successful series by Louise Rennison, the film follows the eccentric and irresistible Georgia Nicolson as she overcomes the trauma of being a teenager. In her quest to get her boy and stop her parents from splitting up, Georgia transforms from a selfish girl into a young woman.
