TRADERS selling fireworks are being reminded they can not go up for sale again until Boxing Day.
Worcestershire Regulatory Services has issued a warning to businesses now Diwali and Bonfire Night are over, fireworks can not be sold without a licence until December 26 to December 31 for New Year.
They can then be sold on the first day of Chinese New Year and the three days immediately preceding it but not again until October 15 ahead of next year's Bonfire Night.
Anyone wishing to sell fireworks outside of these periods must obtain a licence - in addition to any licence or registration allowing their storage - from the team at a cost of £500.
