PERSHORE is set for a wild adventure when a famous face makes a special visit to the town.

Wildlife television presenter Chris Packham will bring his latest collection of exquisite images which have been captured around the world in a special show at the Number 8 Community Arts Centre on Tuesday, November 20.

Packham has become a familiar face on TV by appearing in BBC's Autumnwatch, Secrets of our Living Planet and several quiz and panel shows.

But despite his career on television, Packham remains first and foremost an impassioned naturalist with a huge gift for photographic art.

During the show, the TV star will share in his own words and images about his most recent travels across the globe including his visit to the rainforests of Brazil to witness first hand the planting of millions of trees.

Packham said: "The photographs I'll be sharing with the audience at Pershore have been specially selected to highlight how truly wondrous the natural world is."

Tickets for the show are now on sale and available by calling the Number 8 Box Office on 01386 555488.
