THE SMASH-HITS of one of Britain's most famous pop bands will be celebrated when a popular tribute group come to Evesham next month.

Some of Take That's worldwide selling records will be blasted out at the Evesham Arts Centre on Saturday, September 1 by Re-Take That who are regarded as one of biggest and most authentic tribute bands currently around.

Starting from 8pm, Re-That That will provide the superb sounds and dynamic dance routines for whom the famous five of Gary Barlow, Robbie Williams, Jason Orange, Mark Owen and Howard Donald are renowned for.

Take That dominated the charts in the early 1990s before famously splitting up in 1996 - a year after Robbie Williams left the band.

But to everyone's surprise the four man band made a dramatic comeback to the pop scene six years ago and in 2010 Williams returned to the line-up as the pop group became a five-piece once again.

Breathtaking versions of the band's greatest hits including Pray, Million Love Songs, How Deep is Your Love, Could it be Magic, It Only Takes a Minute, Relight My Fire, Never Forget and many more will be performed in a stunning night of pop music.

The tribute group have toured throughout the UK and Europe since 2005 building up a loyal following by capturing the very essence of one of the nation's greatest pop bands.

Re-Take That's Paul Waite, who plays the role of front man Gary Barlow, said it will be a lively show and one for fans of pop music in Evesham to enjoy.

"The chemistry we have with our fans is paramount to the success of Re-Take That," he said.

"More than simply a band, the Re-Take That experience is a full feature stage show combining huge personalities, vocal arrangements, dance routines, costume changes and an amazing light show."

And when the band blast out their final song, the show will not stop there as the audience will get the opportunity to have a meet and greet opportunity with the band and can have their photo taken with the tribute stars.

Tickets, which are already selling at a briskly rate, cost £15 and are available from the Evesham Arts Centre website at www.eveshamartscentre.co.uk or by calling 01386 446944.
